My good days!

I had very good improved my diet good foods more fresh fruit and vegetables Exercising first in the morning was good chore my body for three hours and a healthy breakfast which is usually morning with rice milk.
My both days 15-3 1931 well much very happy to another years!
Today was 28-03-2019. I,m not happy with days!

Busy day

Today I spent most of my day in the shopping mall. Walking around and enjoying some window shopping. Also I managed to buy what I need. Busy day is great and I might win some Lotto tonight :)

I had a good day today, seeing some friends for lunch. I have a good catch up with them, I hope we all have good health for the days to come.

Happy News

I am very happy with my health and with all my friends. I am healthy to stay home by myself. And today I have received a card from my lovely friend, Carole, it is very lovely to hear from her. I wish her well and we have been a long time friend, I still keep her cards from long time ago. It is a friendship that I will always treasure.

HOT DAY

Today is very hot, but I have a great day with my friends. We have lunch together, we have a lovely chat with all my friends. The next time we see each other, it will be a Christmas lunch. I am looking forward to it.

How different lives can be..

How much difference I have friend and family currently there are a few supper happy. drinking a glass having special moments almost on top of the protection against bad,
In the same area friends sleep with 4 in one room,
some friend smiling and having a rich table,Plenty food And then there are friends who do not know if they can give their children food this day,
My friends and family,How different life can be my thoughts.

My life

I had three problem next done people had not much with money for uncomfortable with me, I don't have inspiration at the moment to write about..I have a lot of very close friends in the so many years.
I didn't realist how harshly how harshly I'd spoken.. As I get older and more restricted in what I can wear myself..I wait I always do but surely my waiting reflects on enjoy the family?
