Mum spent a lot of time with her in the in the veggie garden. and helping her to cook family meals .
also encouraged her to play sport and bought me my first bike.

According to the international of obesity,the family environment has the strongest influence over what children eat, and studies show that when parents eat fruit and vegetables regularly, so do their kids.

Lead by example. Get  my kids involved in preparing healthy by opting for fresh vegetables, lean
protein and good healthy foods.

My time!

 I will write myself in 12-1-2012, My injured in pedestrian fatalities was very luck was a slow down and think about... I thought I lift comment here on  my time. I have to look at for my life not I feel comfortable  so I got this side I was makeup  going crazy I am a woman strong and proud I love my good time.

Tasmania Became home But like everyone else We know, We grew busy with jobs and children and our adventures became tamer.  As I looked around the colourful puffer-jacket-clad crowd I suspected it was not just us who had neglected to take our regular dose into the area of Mole creek,impacting, in the most brutal way, TASMANIA's first people.Yet the caves looked,smelt and sounded the same the day We were how they looked thousands of years ago!

Nature Might make you slow down.it might make you strip off and jump into a cold mountain lake for the fun of it.

Diet habits,

When dating,I seem to automatically seek what I've already sought : charming pseudo -intellectuals,
Suggestive and flirtation, but essential not interested in me.

It seems so many of us our own hearts but it we can change out the exercise of eating habits. can we overhaul out love live? I was curious to see if I could tweak my own habitual dating tendencies.

It is easy to become caught up in the bed of daily life and take our good idea nothing much.

Flood Crisis,

The last of weekend parts of the Great ocean road remain closed after floods triggered more than 150 rockfalls and landslides prompting concerns school-holiday makers may avoid the area during the lucrative trading period.

Towns throughout Victoria remained on high alert on Friday as floodwaters claimed their first life in  the state's south-west.

further tide of water is flowing down from the north west Victoria after nearly 200 Millimetres  of rain fell on the mountains.

My friend Jo doesn't  understand why I don't find the "reality" show about the dreaded Jo Family entertaining. I once watched it to see what I was missing, and they spend the entire episode eating salads from plastic take way containers and bite hing about into my sister in a food court but it didn't inspire me in any way and I certainly didn't find interesting.

The exchanges  I have with "normal" people and the ones I remember best. for years after most of friend they'll be asked about that one weird headline that misquoted something accidentally said in an unquoted moment, and it makes them want to never speak in all my friend.

I meet these incredible girls about nuts most of I pack a bag of oven-roasted nuts to have as a quick.

September day.

I was trusted in the Fathers Day I can understand with you so much your feeling with you ANDREW! 7th day -8th OK Day,   I'am so happy with you today Just you will be quite busy nice to see you about today I will be expecting you this now.

When I have poor health that some time become negative thought in my heads,I needs have positive thinking is great help I has been one, Not negative D=

Most of days I don't bather with make up at all anyways I figured OK .It makes me smile to remember vividly those things,

speak Up!

Last night the Tennis was finished at five AM it was a fantastic game, I enjoyed  watching it .
I've slept until mid-day, That was more to looking for the Tennis.

I wake up as usual time around seven o'clock switch on the  radio then listen to it until ready to get up, I need to go to the shops but I didst know whether I would like to go? I did the usual things then I left home for shopping.

After I come home the first thinking, I did was check my answer machine. There was one call, which was from my friend it said would you like to have lunch will us there I want to spend the afternoon with my friends.
The rains 12th-18th Melbourne ...it is certainly no golfing ? who know do to golf?

I've recently had a bad cold, Haven't we all ? It seems we're all staggering around like, I'm too busy to rest,I have a to-do list longer than the senate  ballot paper ,I can't possibly stop and care for myself!
Well I can,  It's just deep breath  ..I'm a busy addict!
Just as long as I'm busy, I fill my days with meaning less life clutter -which is fine if I saw it for the superfluous jumble that it is. I do must be done...
