Stress a body.

I had possible if I feeling nervous A couple of minutes of stretching can really helping my body .
everyone experiences stress.
Try to stretching can really help our relax .  we can  carry a little bottle of lavender essential oil in my hand and relaxation helping our -stress mentally!

I need more waking at outside always assumed our sporty good time. I hope the weather will be  thoughts more positive dry weather ...because we had  too much already past month rains.
Is that ideal place to start so why not wander over and start a conversation with someone?

New Hopefuls.

Why while getting older means more work to keep the weight off, at 54 my relaxed about that ageing process.
Knowing that I lived half my life I wonder how I going to live the next half.
I want it to be exciting, I want it to be fun and I want to be in good shape to be able to do that.

I have to learn from my losses my mistakes and the challenges and stress all of which put you in a state where you think you can't make it.
But when you doubt yourself. that's when you can dig deep and find that you've got more than what you thought possible.
