Picture This!!!

How to take photos with our mind.... All I had to do was really focus on what I wanted to capture, it was important. I needed to include my feelings on the picture. When you blinked hard and thought hard the photo was taken.

I can still remember the virtual photo from the day I took it as the sky was cloudless and very blue.

My feet were sore from walking from the nearby hill. My hair was blowing around my face this made it clear to me how well it all worked in composing the picture.

My camera, photos are a great way to jog my memory and capture an image. After all these are good mories to have.

I'am very good emotional is a very good out thied because out of very good mylife I want to be strong and healthy.
I was very happy with all  my golf friends.

My good health throgh exercise and nutritions for rensibilities with relentless.
and I  have to be just a really fun and friendly atmosphere.

My golfing are need to be working very hard now I need to be back just like until 2012 years.

Happy Feet !!

To keep our feet happy we can stay active by regular stretching and mobility exercises. These may include walking and aqua aerobics. These can help keep the foot's joints and soft tissue strong and flexible.

Although by wearing flat shoes with good supports can also benefit our feet as well as supporting them. My feet have been bad but they are better now. With good exercise, as in walking and by having a good rest afterwards my feet have improved.

Also good flat supportive shoes will also help keep our feet healthy and the ligaments, and muscles in good health. Playing golf and communicating with other people whilst walking can keep us all active in many ways.
If the weather isn't good we don't feel like going for a walk. So our feet will not be happy!
Our activity for today is to write about the our Happy Feet!!!!!!
