To keep our feet happy we can stay active by regular stretching and mobility exercises. These may include walking and aqua aerobics. These can help keep the foot's joints and soft tissue strong and flexible.
Although by wearing flat shoes with good supports can also benefit our feet as well as supporting them. My feet have been bad but they are better now. With good exercise, as in walking and by having a good rest afterwards my feet have improved.
Also good flat supportive shoes will also help keep our feet healthy and the ligaments, and muscles in good health. Playing golf and communicating with other people whilst walking can keep us all active in many ways.
If the weather isn't good we don't feel like going for a walk. So our feet will not be happy!
