I started exercising regularly!

At this of year my golf fills with requests from my golfing them with tips on how to get exercising again after their chilly winter hiatus.Inevitably, each year's tips are pretty much the same as the previous year's.
But this year, I've noticed a development that has forced me to rethink the way we approach exercise.

Our participation levels at health clubs and golf over the past few years have been increasing, and the rise has been at roughly the same role as that of our obesity levels.  I know the issue is more complex than that, but the numbers, If I was being totally which,of course, seems better will pray well and fitness are less likely to happen.
But there another people think more people involved and from more people I'm well positioned to comment on it.

If you want a specific outcome-weight loss increased fitness levels or whatever-be prepared  to make my own arrangements.
A gym can offer a memorable fitness experience, but it can't make my train had harder, push your limits or ensure my reach particular goods.

So if you are hitting the golfing this spring,  with complementary goals.make that golf membership work for me.

Yesterday was just get down a bad golfing myself and I don't feel like to be back for until better weather day.....

Dearest Michiko san,

So sad to read that you are having bad luck with the weather for having a decent golf playing time.
You are right, exercise is needed for on and off the golf course. But as you wrote already, you have to head yourself in not over doing it. Especially for you yourself, you should be very careful for not pushing over your limit. I'm proud of you the way you have come along so far. And girl, keep going; there is light at the end of the tunnel!
Having personally known people with similar accidents, it is still amazing how far they recover over time. Not one-two-three... PATIENCE is the word to be learned. But don't give up. Even a rainy day cannot ruin your hope for better tomorrows. Have a happy continuation of the week.
Tight hugs to you,
Mariette

We live right next to a golf course yet I've no interest in the game. There are some here that will golf through sleet and snow...quite the commitment! I hope you find a way to do what you enjoy my friend.

Many years ago I went to the gym. But now I get my walking exercise at Walmart and house cleaning. I'm sorry the weather hasn't been good for golfing.
That little tree/bush is just beautiful, love the color.
We got a big rain a few days ago and we needed. It's cool here now, looking forward to Fall.
I'm so glad you're playing golf again.
xoxo

I have been walking on treadmill three times a week. I don't think I'm getting fitter but it feels so good after walking.
I hope you enjoy exercising and golfing. Have a great day Michiko san.

Tried golf once. Not my cup of tea. My preferred method of exercise is walking. Enjoy your day.

Sis, I go work out three times a week since I was released from physical therapy last October. That has made me at the gym for almost a year. I have made excellent progress in strength . I enjoy going.
