Balance on life!

I think in the last few years best I am still learning my time them I actually feel ahead of the game right now and things are making a lot of sense.

I've got a lot to learn  to figure out.  I don't feel completely off golfing.

Which is nice my life a just gets more  normal too! and myself in a million different directions with more stable.

I really want to very short away to my golf course  An Awesome life Experience

If I don't exercise I really notice the difference in my moods and energy levels.

This month a lots of raining day I hope next month will be happy my  time !

Blessings....
You got to do what is best for you and your body, if exercising makes you feel good then it should be part of your daily routine.

Have a great day.

I can tell my energy level is low when I don't do exercise. I hope you will have less rain and more sunshine in coming month!

Dearest Michiko,
Yes, steady but slowly you ARE moving forward. It will never be easy and sure we all need to exercise, be it walking or whatever.
Hugs,
Mariette

I am like you, Sis. I am not very energetic when I do not get exercise. You and I must continue keeping ourselves as well and healthy as we can,

YOUR turn to drive. Roll your car windows up though to prevent dampness. :-)
