Dearest Michiko,
IF at all possible a daily walk in sunshine is great for winter. Eating as much fresh fruit, especially citrus fruits, helps build up our immune system. As well as eating lots of fresh vegetables. Of course straining eyes in bad lit rooms is always bad. Doing some hobbies that are enjoyable are a great thing to do in winter time. Maybe organizing those photos from fond vacations? That will lift the spirit because of so many happy memories.
Trying always to keep a possitive attitude helps us live through the colder and darker months of winter.
Keeping some houseplants that bloom, like orchids are bringing happiness to daily life...
Stay positive dear friend and you soon will see spring coming your way with NEW life all around you.
Tight hugs,
Mariette

This is a great list! I was not aware that we get less vitamin D because we are not exposed to sunshine enough in winter. Have to make sure not to stay indoors all the time! Have a great weekend, Michiko san. Enjoy your winter :-)
