Healthy FOOD.

The rlationship we havig became shockingly distorced into eating moore food not just volume.
Some of us have eation disorders-too much food ,or not enough food,
The natural balance of food as fuel has been disrupted.

You might need to drill down on what is motivating you to eat more food it's fine line beelween struggling though a world of "Disordered eating"and falling victim to developing on eating disorder our relves.

I always assumod I'd get some one who was a gentleman who was sporty and a good sence of fun.
Just thinking about better weather few days.Always strange for us to hear with BBQ time was good one. only few days. I know very will with remember my friends too.

It was todays! very cold 19" was with out sun's day...

A beautiful evening ...what a lovely time we has still fantastic our good time!

Dearest Michiko,
Starting at the end, what a LOVELY sunset you captured in those two photos.
Guess you are talking about 19°C and that is cool, not really cold though, since you are in winter now.
Yes, food and eating habits have changed and for the worst. People in general eat way too much sugar and also salty foods, especially all items that are ready to eat contain high sodium contents. So in order to stay healthy, we better cook the meals ourselves and using lean meat or better fish and even cooking vegetarian.
Drinking plenty of water instead of all the sodas with high sugar content...
Wishing you some cozy days with reading or whatever you enjoy. If you still can play golf, fine but if not there are other things to enjoy.
Hugs and love to you!
Mariette and always my husband joins me in wishing you the very best!

I tend to eat too much, especially sweet stuff. Ice cream mostly. It's so hard to resist sweet temptations :-)
The sunset photos are incredible. Beautiful blue and pink!

Its the key to all things
though, finding it, maintaining it is the challenge, a challenge worth learning to come to terms with.

Yes a humans we can lean toward the extremes of excesses and deprivation. It doesn't help that we live in a world that is constantly telling us that who we are, the way we are is not good enough. we have to learn to love ourselves as is and work on those things that enrich our minds, body and spirit. Thus balance.

thanks for sharing
stay blessed.

Very nice sunset photos Michiko! Right Portion is the key, I see a few who can't stop and where did the food go... I put back a little on the tummy last few months, because I eat more to wish I have more battery to do my job! It's hard to go back where I am few months ago. I love my noodles! :-)
