If we teach ourselves to eat in a way that's relaxed and satisfying our weight will stabilise within the range that the brains energy-balance system defends and it will stay there for as long as we continue to work with the brain. instead of fighting against it.

Such a good advice. I agree with you. I did not care about well balanced life so much when I was young. But theses days, I am beginning to think of well balanced life with healthy food on our body.
