I know it can be tough to stick to a new diet but it doesn't have to be, I believe the most important aspect of any diet is that it should be practical and delicious all the time.

Yes, it is important that we DO stick to our healthy diets and never walk away of it.
At times it is hard for getting it all done as we need to shop for the fresh ingredients.
I'm still lucky for having Pieter helping me out with running errands and while I had the bad cold and bronchitis, he made some very healthy vegetarian soups.
So it is still possible to eat healthy!
