Second in a bit of physical Weirdness We call muscle memory. They're muscles for gawd's sake. It's so easy to walk away from other a break remind myself that my body is working with my physical comeback!

Hope that you can go back into your familiar exercise routine!
Would love to do that myself but this winter I've had bad luck with lots of back pain and now I'm finally over that, I fell on my left hip.
Not broken but severely bruised and also the Ischium where we bend and make movements is hurting. Using my 2 crutches for 3 days and than on 1 crutch. It takes patience and perseverance and I'm longing to get back to biking.
The weather already has been 28ºC and I did envy Pieter who biked alone...
