Dearest Michiko san,
Whatever the weather is like: rain or shine - you just do what you feel is best. Over those years, I've been mighty proud for receiving 'sunny' comments from you. It is a blessing for receiving them and I do hope that you will be able to enjoy many blossoms from your summer garden with candles...
Hugs to you and yes, you can celebrate life in a very special way!

Greetings my dear friend. I'm not a fan of rain but it's been very dry here with no relief for the longest time. The fall colors are everywhere which is nice to see however we don't have flowers like you've shown there...that's truly a beauty!

Dearest Michiko san,

Wow, this photo from the double weeping cherry caught my eye. That's exactly the tree we had in The Netherlands. I had to look at the pictures from spring 1983 again with our Prúnus serruláta 'Kiku-Shidare-sakura'
Thank you so much for showing yours and bringing back sweet memories! You know the sad thing is that this tree is not available in the USA...
Hugs to you sweet lady and keep going strong!
