Then I guessed correctly what was wrong with your heel. I have had that same condition as well. Not in recent years but before, and it kept me from running. SO glad you are getting better.

Oh I have had the plantar fisciatis for almost a year now. Just today went for a walk with hubby in the snow and had to put my heal on ice when we got home. The ice really helps. Soon you are going to be a new women.
