I fit exercise....
I am excited this morning as I am going to the dentist. I know it felt like my tooth is fully recovered it feel like a long one years.
I have a dentist append to after the hardest part of next 24th April.
So how do I fit exercise in my day....
I my diarist it for the up coming week look in weekend with my friends " KOALA CHAN"
How they do five most of the time in our lovely ones. I need with watch out some hot day of the summer times.

Going to the dentist is never fun for me. I hope it all works out for you.
It's hot there but it's frigid cold here.

Here there is ice and cold cold cold. You of course are having hot weathers.
I am starting to have a bit more time now to fit in exercise again. I went 8 weeks without it. I am enjoying when I go.
