I think laugh warm up for 30 minutes good full body efficiency.I wear whatever I like so I can literally dance like no one's watching that having fun makes on hour go quickly.
I don't like with golfing are not too good this month but I must working hard to back to bettter one..

Sis! It is always sad feeling when the things we like to do are unpleasant because it is too cold or too raining. Other things much take their place that can be done indoors or...walking for several miles in a day regardless of the rain. That may keep your spirits up.
I like seeing pictures of the family as you have posted today. What part of the USA are they coming to, do you know?
