The rains years have taught me I sumply do not grow anything that did not survive when thing were really tough! However good or bad a situation is well change in miracles are wating for How many month ?
I love my food and love to cook simple food which in one of reasons I work hard to not get over wight. I had which Tennis was relative in the sport which reminds of especially these day.

That uncomfortable feeling of more staing home.It is getting chilly again the heating on to warm up the home. I think is going to be cold winter.

Last Augast summer's time NO Rain ..what so ever not happen and this winter's time the rainning most of time. nice to be other way around of raining..

Dearest Sis! What beautiful children Millie and Jack are. And a happy birthday to Millie. ALL of your grandchildren are very very beautiful. I love to see their pictures. I have a little 4 month old grandson now called James. He is the son of MY youngest son and his wife.

I have too much rain here too but you have more since it is Winter there. Soo, you will have your Spring time and all will be beautiful and sunny again.

XXXOOO ❤ Sis, Katie Miyuki and Victoria

It's been raining a lot here as well. This may be the rainiest year!
It's good you like simple food. Better for health. I love rich, creamy, greasy kinds so gotta watch what I eat!
Have a great weekend, Michiko san!

Dearest Michiko,
Lovely post and you are pondering in a poetic way.
Yes, when it gets cold and it does rain, we long for warmth and fond things to do but it is impossible to do so.
Simple things for cooking indeed are best and I love to cook with fresh veggies. Making huge portions and than freezing them so that creates easy days ahead.
Sending you hugs and love; from both of us.
