Dearest Michiko,
You sure try hard to live and eat healthy and sometimes vitamins and supplements can really help us.
Since I've been paralyzed in January of 2010, I too take D3 as it helps you to absorb the calcium that we need so badly. I'm also taking B12, and Turmeric or Curcuma which helps against inflammation and swelling.
Sending you hugs, from both of us.
Mariette

I'm thinking about taking supplement, too. It might help part of my back issues.
Getting exercise and relaxation is important as well. I wish you a great day!

Sis, I take1000 mg Vitamin D3 as well. And B Complex, 500 mg Lysine and zinc. (15 mg of zinc) I use Omega 3 fish oil as well and 500-1000 mg vitamin C. My back always hurts at the waist area. Dr. said it is the sacroiliac. :-( BUT one must exercise anyway. Tamago, how much do the boys each weigh?

(I am waiting for your car in my driveway now. We go have lunch, Sis).
