Dearest Michiko-san: Oh Yes, having varieties of vegetable must be one of the key for good health♪ And I admire you for doing good exercise as well. Enjoyed the Sweet Pictures, Michiko-san♡♡♡

ps, Thank you SO much for your thoughtful comment. It won't be soon to have full recovery but I'll be patient :-)

I've been trying to eat healthier lately, too. Lots of veggies and fruits, less meat, etc.. .
Your flowers are beautiful. Your garden must be filled with sweet scent :-) Have a lovely day!

Dearest Michiko,
You have been doing some great things for your personal well being! Bravo and yes, less meat and more fish, veggies and fruits with plenty of water drinking will help you + exercise of course.
Hugs,
Mariette

Hello dear Michiko

I lost your blog and I'm so pleased I've found it again!
Lovely to read what you have been doing the past week.
I see you lead a very healthy life and eat the good things and exercise too!
I must cut down on meat too, my husband though is a big meat eater and often it is easier to just eat a little of what I make for him!

Take care
Hugs
