I agree, healthy food doesn't mean unsavory. It can be fun and delicious...reminded me of vegetarian meal I had at temple. It was made visually so beautiful and super delicious :-)

Yes, we have to eat very balanced and be sparse with salt (most important!), sugar and fats.
For having a good digestion it is also very important that we drink plenty, I mean PLENTY of water!
