Progress my time

I am going well with this program, enjoying it and seeing some changes.
I admit the first few weeks have been up and down,
My loving the golf. just keep up some days it requires a really big effort  but the walk is also a great stress
sport then!

I must confess these was a day when I was so busy it got to one is the morning I was way too tired to joy on the spot then!
I'm very happy for interludes time for some many of the country it was beautifully.
 
But not this week I had time for some many different  activity its and was really enjoy the time spent in gardening  but it was another month time?
I work like to get a few more blogs out from my friends and 26th next month I will have my tooth.

NO EXCUSES.

Don't let excuses get in the way of exercise.

Here's to overcome some common hurdles:

It's boring!
Walk with a friend or join a walking group to make your walks more interesting and social.
This can also help keep you motivated.

I can't afford expensive equipment and memberships.
Walking is cheap.It can be done almost anywhere and all you need are comfortable shoes and clothes.
Many walking groups are free.

It's too hard with young children.
Take your kids with you. put babies and toddlers in a pram and get order children to ride their bike or scooter .look for walking groups especially for mums.

I don't have the time.
make walking part of your day. Walk to public transport, walk the kids to and from school. walk to work use the stairs instead of the lift,park further away from the shops of walk during your lunch break.    

I.m too tried .

Regular brisk walks will actually increase your energy levels.Your alertness and your mood.

Record hot days!

We had dry weather for the last 6 month No rain...so much so we have the weather restricting  only 600 Am- 800 Am on Saturday's morning since just it seems not rain ... .


 I having what I really liked having that explanation about I swears like trooper In English and Japanese.

When I wake up in the early hours of the morning  which I do frequently more walking at  from my home at the park three hours and  it's just a night mare hat never glows away.   It's such an emotional thing like being on a rally-coaster the whale time. It's the horrors  of having to think.

Anything meaningful that people did was good and mode a difference. People brought photos. Close friends gave us an angel statue, while others brought ROSES. People shouldn't  underestimate the value of the words they write.

I went see at Paul Cotsomitis at yesterday and he start  for same color in my teeth.....

So much to doing!

I went the dentist to my teeth and my Eye's doctor to  have gotten so sensitive there past dew days that make my felling for after two days will be nice to one day I can stop for going to see the any doctor....
My new teeth for as same color that I was going to the implants place.

The summer time has hot day it most of time when I playing golfing time is too hot with me...
I like to an interest  in the weather and people are now more take car of them self too.

I screw up myself!

I walk myself like block for used to be many years but after I had sick for over one years.
which I had sick for over one years. starting to hurt ind  I was in shock myself. and I had no idea what I was realistic that (I didn't even know what had happened my life I never really cried for me self  until decade later)
but I would find myself  crying most then was appropriate for other people I hardly knew other way in the my emotions all over the people and media emotions all over the peoples.
I would have questioned my choices and not I cant in private to avoid accountability.

The big question is what I do other written the excuses  written down delete the ridiculous  one's.
Maybe this is where I am always going wrong my most likely to fail the I want it all and I want it now mentality of always looking for the short cat to reach a goal.

I've been away for New Zealand a weeks. When I got home I'd been working hard to trying to vist me friends.
Spaces there I discover that something had been happening  in my space?

I found it very slow and I just can get to my friends spaces, When I wrote my comments then click on to leaving my comments that is was unbelievable just stuck for a long times.
I 've time to make a cup of tea? well I guesses for everybody so, wait see..

As you know while I'm in New Zealand that after an engagement party we were looking for the wedding places for looking..One day we look for nine places and some places are already book out for this time of next years.
They want to celebrate on top of hills with beautiful view down to the lakes. It is calm day.
These time they has two children now and very happy times.

Tennis in Melbourne

Australian Open at Melbourne Park.

The tennis started on the 14/1/2013 and will finish on the 27/1/2013.

Over the last 12 days I have been watching the tennis with great enjoyment. I have watched the tennis during the day and at night. There  have been some good matches. Some have been short matches and others have been long matches. For both men and women.

Some matches have lasted well into the night. I liked the match between Federer (swiss) and Tsonga (french). It went for several hours  with the last set a tie-break. The final set went to the tie-break and the score was 13-11 to Federer. The match finished after mid-night. I really enjoyed the game.

After Federer played Tsonga he went onto play Andy Murray. Unfortunately in that match Roger Federer lost to Andy Murray who went on to play Novak Djokovic in the final of the Australian Open. In that match between Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic, Djokovic won the final. When Djokovic finished celebrating his win he flew out of Australia at 4 am on Sunday to fulfill his commitments with the Serbian tennis team for the Davis Cup Tie.

In the doubles matches Australia is into the semi-finals. The ladies names are Casey Delaqua and Asha Barty. I hope they do well. Also there are mixed doubles into the finals. I hope they win the finals as the young players are always improving and should go along way in both playing in tournaments and in the world rankings.

I have really enjoyed watching the tennis, which i watched all day and late into the night.

Novak the Koala 

I look forward to playing my golf again with my friends on a Wednesday. The golf days start on Wednesday the 29th January as my foot is getting better every day.
