I 've always my exercising out side because I hate weather wind cold rainning all the days it's been 30 years of the golfing of exercise, but I'm sure, it's shoster cold weather is not helping that dark time for me ...not today..
Some my good friend had beautiful painting An Ant show she was very happy with husband too.
We playing good golfing for so many years and bloging for looking healthy life!
I still of my sport completely out of mylife..
A feel people's so many years now that people have to believe it I stell my eys are fantastic to long away to see my golf bols. I had eating in the Japanese restrant!

I sometimes spend too much time worrying about things, too. I need to take focus off those things! The dishes at Japanese restaurant look very yummy. I bet you enjoyed them very much :-)
Yum Yum! I love Japanese food! I read a quote other day... We all got to go one day, eat the food you like, do the thing you dream, enjoy the moment. I feel great when I think that. Summer holiday is here, I got lots things i want to do and join. I need to do some runaway... runaway from No 2 hubby... my laptop! :-) Happy weekend Michiko!

Your rose is BEAUTFUL. All of mine died on the terrible two ice storms we had here last winter. All dead along with my gardenia plant.
