The Plastics.

The issue of plastics in our food divides heath experts,But eliminating them is almost impossible.
Oh!the twinge of quilt we feel if we say yes to a plastic bag at the shops.

We all know the feeling But does our concern about the amount of plastic choking landfill, not to mention seabirds,need to go further than just the environment...could our daily plastic exposure actually be harming our health? amajor component of many plastics,

 Bisphenol A(BPA) is everywhere-not just in plastic containers but also lining tin cans- and it's increasingly under scrutiny because of its potential,in large quantities,to inflict harm on humans.

Our make ourself crazy if we try-that's be too alarmist because we don't know for sure that harm is being done.We just know that we're not doing enough!

Fo the past decade or so,my wish for myself has been pretly consistent:I want to be happy and content (Also to have good hair) every night without going weight.But I digress. who of us doesn't want to be happy and content? Nobody wakes up in the morning hoping for a miserable, unsettled day.And certainty none of us with for a sad and difficult life.

Of course,happiness and contentment look different for everyone.for some it might meant adventure and thrill seeking for others it might mean security and stability for me, it looks a lot loke success and love.

Everything is fleeting we achiwve one good and then look to the next.we fall modly in love and then the possion fades We love our friends.

We having my friends happing night was very latea night was two closk night.
I with near dazen girefrends from golfing this morning after that to a monthiy Movie..relation ship for many years Man'a like hand bags you can go with a dinner  party I can do what ever I want to .. I don't have to ask I'd rather be single and happy than in relatinship...

I like bright inside house with back vicw for distansc clean wingdow and compact neat garden walking the  beach anything unit side sports.

Dancing rectavrant at dete time I'd like to have sea view. Jack was here!

A LITTLE SELFISHINESS!

Please don't send me on holiday this has to be one of the least-used  sentences in the English language..
We had a lovely chat about worman never talking time out for themselves/only diagnosing health issuse.

There's no one to feed the dog/water the garden/look after with all my friend.The kids boy and girl (aged five and  seven would not be scarred for life indeed,a week accompanied by The Sound of Silence would be preferoble to the Ring Cycle of "Eat your bloody breakfast".Teddy", if you get nits again, I swear I'll shave your head" and "For god's sake, would you both please shut up"

He would look after the dog and garden,but hubby is more than copable of feeding and watering himself.

Suddenly I responded viscerally I don't deserve it Now this has to be one of the most used sentences in the English longuage,especially by woman."

 Learn  to the wish words of toddlers. They're like little Buddhas:living in the moment and laving themselves
But handy to keep in mind the next time We start a sentence with "No thanks,I couldn't possibly....  

Is not good thing?

I setled on once a week and that works pretty well for me but I was punished myself henest and loveable what a CAT'S Story!!

And I especially enjoy it at night sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine,watching the sunset come on it's my favoweite time of the say.

I'am not a calculating person ..if I have some thing to say I will say it, and I'm not that naive that I don't know that may upset people....

Spend some time thinking about how fortunate my golfing time..I often too slow to give thank's and too quich to complain.

I wandering through the golfing these day in hot day..when a friend after a bit of small talk she was currently we were in a golf nothing fanatical just a exericiser after a bit of small talk Oh! the same old thing really and I've been doing this for from 1979 and started I had won by club trophy 67 net 26-3-1980 until most of years after last won by 14-12-2011. now I will like to be back to win the new my golf day!!

Our friend for so many years in the same way in my friend her been doing the same strangth golf for years doing the same as long as my frinds can remember.

The point is that many of us just do what we like to do. And simply keep doing it And that's okay.
Because not everyone likes to intellectuolise their physical activity they just want to get on with it because it makes them feel good and they are comfortable with the intersily and the benefils it gives.

I dont blame anyone but myself for being too busy and putting myself under such presure it is up to me to slow down,set prisrities and relax.

This is a wonderful time of year where pepole are more giveng and happy time, we are brought to gether to enjoy in HOT DAY time and be thankful  for what we have hope every one has a wonderful day.  

I thinking about bad eyes people is one of my friends has one eyes is going to almost closed..she can't plaing golfing and driving her car's anymore,

I think with ideas that circle just a simple thought about more try finding on her away with reflfection.....
